Well, I did it! Can’t believe it’s finally over.
The Falling has been re-published. The last one of my 29 titles. (I didn’t re-publish Wishes)
This has been an epic amount of effort, stress and a very steep learning curve. But I got here.
A lot of that has to do with all the support I got from my readers, who kept cheering me on each time a title got posted for sale. I understand a LOT more about indie publishing now, the good, the bad and the ugly.
I can say with honesty that now that I am here, right now, I don’t regret it. I have complete creative control over my books. I will NEVER have to go through this again. (I have had to re-publish multiple times down through the years as publishers closed – although never 30 at a time!) I am discovering how to advertise, have a greater grasp of editing and social media advantages. It’s the silver lining to the whole thing.
Now, I can finally turn my complete attention back to creating new stories!
