I am still waiting to hear about “Ice Prince.” One of the problems I have always had, is that I want to write fantasy with erotic elements. I have never considered my books to be “erotica.” I have nothing against erotica as a whole, it just is not what I like to read. I want strong plot elements with a male/male relationship at its core. So “Ice Prince” has less sex in it then my other books, although there are still sexual scenes. Etopia only publishes books with a strong erotic theme, so they are sending “Ice Prince” to a new publisher, Dark Roads. I can only wait to see what will happen. I will let everyone know as soon as I hear anything.

I am still plugging along, working mostly on “Betrayal”. Unfortunately, spring is almost here and the outdoors beckons strongly!! : )

Please let spring come soon!!! So tired of snow and cold. Feel like I am hibernating. : )

I am still plodding along, although I have had some advances in “Betrayal”, a plot twist that was driving me crazy cleared up, so things are moving again, thank goodness. I am going to try to finish “Betrayal” before I go on to any other stories, since it seems to be cooperating for the moment!

“Ice Prince”, although finished, has not yet been accepted by my publisher. They are going through a lot of major changes right now, so my book is in limbo until things are sorted out. I will be sure to let you know as soon as I get any news, hopefully soon.

Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year to all my readers!

December has been a wonderfully creative month for me! I have finished another book, “The Ice Prince” and will know sometime in January whether it will be accepted by Etopia or not. In the meantime, “Taken 2: Out of the Darkness” will be released on January 3rd. I will be sure to notify all those on my mailing list. : )

I am hoping to finish another book by the end of January, if my muse continues on its current bonanza!

I just finished the first edits for “Taken 2: Out of the Darkness” and at this moment, the release date is tentatively scheduled for the end of January or the beginning of February.

I am hoping that “The Ice Prince” will be finished as of January 1st, with a little luck and some hard work. : )

“The Betrayal” is slated for completion by the end of March.

It feels so good to be writing again!!

At last! Some real news to share! The second “Taken” book, “Out of the Darkness”, has been officially accepted by Etopia Press, and is now under contract. Editing will begin as of the beginning of November, so I should soon have word as to a release date. I am so happy to finally have something on the go once more. : )

Also, the third book of the Aelida series, The Conquered, will soon be released in print. Hopefully, the final fourth book, The Triumph, will not be far behind. It will be great to have the whole series in print. There is just something about having a book in your hand…

Finally finished a book! My muse took a year long vacation, but it seems to be willing to work again, so hopefully it will not be so long before the next story is done. : ) Anyway, “Taken 2: Out of the Darkness” is done. We will have to see if the publisher likes it enough to accept it. I never like my own books, so I have no perspective at all!

The Aelida books, 1-4, are going to be coming out in print. The Ascension (#1) is in the lineup right now. : ) Still working on “Out of Darkness”. It has been fighting me, but I am finally making some progress and hope to get it finished relatively soon.
